What does it do?
Great for cleaning grime and dirt around the house. It can be used as a handheld cleaner for jobs around the kitchen and bathroom, and used to clean windows, upholster, garments, small rugs etc. It also converts into a steam floor mop for hard floors. We don't recommend it for carpet cleaning as we think you'd be better off with a carpet washer for that.
Do I need any experience?
It should be fairly easy to get the hang of. The instruction manual is included below (in "Downloads" so you can read how it works.
Is there anything I need to bear in mind?
We recommend testing a small, hidden, area of anything you're planning to clean, especially textiles, to make sure that they are colourfast and won't be damaged by steam cleaning.
