What's included?

A mains-powered 10-litre water boiler/urn, with lid and power cable.

What does it do?

It keeps water boiling for making teas/coffees or other hot drinks. Great for catering parties or events.

Do I need any experience?

Not really. It's basically a large electric kettle, so if you can use an electric kettle you should be fine with this.

Is there anything I should bear in mind?

Boiling water is very dangerous if spilled. Place your urn somewhere safe and stable before using it, and make sure people aren't able to accidentally knock it over.
Please let the urn dry out before you return it.
